Positive: Very nice and quiet location, easy access to public transportation, nice and green surroundings. With WiFi, TV with various channels on the TV-box, washing machine, dishwasher and iron.
Negative: Slow response on my questions when i was in contact with the host during the application. Even the answers were too general and not always focused on my question. Moreover the hotplates and oven didn't work the third day and there was no Power box with fuses in the apartment. I contacted the administration of the property and they would send an electrician. After several hours of absense from the accommodation i send a question to know if the problem was resolved. They then confirmed that it was solved. I would expect a confirmation after the electrician had resolved the problem without me hading to send e message.

Positive: The apartment has a nice idea but the experience was not so good because many things were not well taken care of. It was quite clean and the furniture looked modern.
Negative: The worst part was the check-in. We got the apartment 30 minutes late, and no one explained why. It wasn’t just the delay — which is already unprofessional — but also the fact that we had no information. They didn’t send us the entry code like they said they would when we booked. We had to call them several times and wait for a reply. It felt like they forgot about our reservation. But what really worries me is that we were lucky it was daytime. If we had arrived to the apartment at night, I honestly don’t know what we would have done. Also the previous communication after booking was very complicated, It took a large number of emails and calls using their different email and phone addresses to obtain clear information about the accommodation and process the invoice. When we entered the apartment, we found more problems: - The blind on the living room window was broken. - The bottom part of the office window was dirty. - The bathroom smelled strongly of bleach, and the toilet seat was wet. - The bathroom cabinet was damaged. - In the kitchen there were only a couple of pots, no frying pan. - The microwave didn’t work properly — it would freeze and we had to unplug it to turn it off, which is not safe. In addition, even though the location is good (10 minutes walking from the center), there is a kindergarten very close to the apartment. During the day, you can hear loud noises from the children. In short, the apartment has potential, but it is not well managed. I don’t recommend it unless they fix the problems and improve their service.
Summary: Good idea, but not well done at all.

Positive: The apartment was clean and convenient but very strangely designed - the one-bedroomed apartment had the bedroom at the back with no windows. The kitchen equipment was a bit random but sufficient.
Negative: The main issue was that the front door keycode was extremely unreliable - I had to try it up to 6 times before it worked. Really that should be fixed. The management were not particularly helpful when the water was shut off (not their fault) - we had to tell them when it was back on, and they made no effort to bring us bottled water, for example, when we were without for some hours.
Summary: convenient and practical - nice to have a balcony. but the front door key-lock needs to be fixed.
